Introduction
PTT-005 is an intelligent, portable and effective precision laser oil pollution degree analyzer. It can monitor many parameters including oil pollution degree, water content and temperature. It adopts color LCD screen visualized operation to show oil pollution condition. PTT-005 can test mineral oil, synthetic oil or phosphate ester oil such as hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, transformer oil(insulating oil), turbine oil, gear oil, engine oil, aviation kerosene etc. It is widely applied in fields such as aerospace, electric power, petroleum, chemical, transportation, port, metallurgy, machinery, automobile manufacturing etc.
PTT-005 can timely report the situation of hydraulic and lubricating system to make equipment maintainer able to intervene at early stage to prevent contaminants causing abrasion or damage to hydraulic system parts. It reduces not only maintenance cost to the lowest, but also the total equipment downtime to improve system safety and extent equipment service life.
